Collection: Shipping/DOA

Shipping will be a flat fee of $45 per box to anywhere in the contiguous United States, we only ship out Tuesdays and Wednesdays to avoid any over the weekend holds.

Shipping can add stress to coral which can cause them to change or lose color. It may take a few days to several weeks for different corals to color back up after shipping.

All livestock comes with an arrive alive guarantee. In the scenario you receive a DOA you must take a clear picture in the original packaging within 2 hours of delivery. 

We DO NOT cover shipping for DOA corals and are NOT responsible for carrier delays.

For any DOA we will send the same or alike coral, if that's not available we will issue a store credit. We DO NOT do refunds of any kind.
